Digitizing Artwork For Embroidery

Before your artwork can be embroidered it must be “digitized.” This essentially involves creating a file with a program that instructs the embroidery machine how to sew all the stitches for your design. All embroidery orders will receive one complimentary digitization, additional designs will incur a digitization fee of $45. If your graphic does not meet our quality standards and/or requires extensive re-working, InstaShirt reserves the right to charge an artwork digitization fee and/or charge for our graphic design service.
